Conclusion
This mini-review was whipped up in a very short amount of time, but I hope I covered everything. I'm very happy with my Scared Stiff pinball machine. It did take a bit of work from myself to bring it up to the quality of my other pins, but it is the best Scared Stiff I have ever played. (Not that I have played a whole bunch of them though). Treasurecove, in my opinion, specializes in esthetics more than the mechanics. That's OK because I'm better at working on the mechanical stuff than touching up cabinets and fixing worn spider holes. That's half of the fun of owning your own pinball, maintaining it. Although the cost of this pin versus the added time and parts I put into it didn't exactly match up, I'm very happy with the outcome. Communications (via email) before and after the purchase were top notch. Allen sent me all the pictures I requested (which I'm sure for him seemed never ending). I'd recommend a Treasurecove pin to those who can afford them and have the mechanical inclination to do some minor fixes.
